It started bogging down after a few laps on my last time out but the engine wasnt actually dieing, it just wouldnt rev. I striped the carb down and gave it all a clean and took it to a piece of land and gave it a good ride and seemed fine. I took it on the track and it bogged down again, it seems to me that its caused by coming on and off the throttle a lot as if it could be flooding or something. It seems to be beyond me and am stuck what to do next any help would be great

It has a 94 polini 40cc 5 port barrell. 316A marked.

When putting the engine back together i looked for the woodruff key slot for the flywheel and noticed that there wasn't one!!

The crank is in the right way round etc.

The flywheel has a taper fit and nut, i have lined it up best i can with the old marks where the flywheel slot sat on the crank but was wondering how accurate you need to be in regards to timing degrees and anything eles i might of missed?

Did ask someone where they got theirs from, but he said from a mate - which doesn't help me much!

The guy said they came off a Blata mototard and were the tyres fitted as standard to them.

They are genuine PMT - but I'm just wondering if anybody knows roughly what sort of compound they are, ie T41 or B's etc etc?
